I have completed key projects for clients in a variety of industries nation-wide. I have worked successfully in the capacities of a contractor, sub-contractor, and consultant, both on and off-site. All projects have consistently met or beat client deadlines. Work has included:

While employed on staff, I was responsible for all web programming, intranet development, web design, database design, online security, and LAN administration. Major projects included a web-based employee survey generator; a complete eCommerce system; a company intranet with PTO tracking/request system; dozens of internal applications to support marketing analysis, marketing communications, site management, and administration of various online applications; and a thorough web security overhaul (which passed a rigorous audit by an outside security firm).

Furthermore, I developed the latest version of HRN's flagship performance appraisal application and database. The completely rewritten application is more secure, stable, feature-rich, efficient, and user-friendly than its predecessor. This product is the main source of income for HRN. I also created an automated free trial setup of this application as well as web-based conversion programs to upgrade users from earlier desktop and online versions to the far more powerful version currently available.

Though I relocated to the east coast in 2003, I continued to work for HRN as a freelance programmer until 2005.

I created a number of web applications used nation-wide by the company's call centers, including high-profile applications for senior management. I was responsible for all facets of the development process, from database design to web page layout to server-side programming. I also converted inefficient, costly AS/400 programs and data stores to more functional, user-friendly, cost-effective web applications.
